Do I have to keep clicking forever?
No — that is the point of the upgrades. Automatic income takes over and the clicking becomes optional.
Which upgrade should come first?
Anything that generates income on its own. Per-click boosts only pay while you are actively at the keyboard.
Is progress kept if I close the tab?
Progress lives in your browser's storage, so it survives a closed tab but not cleared site data.
