Use of the site
You may play the games and read the pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or re-publish its pages as your own.
Third-party games
Games are embedded from external hosts and run inside a frame. We do not control their code, their advertising or their data handling, and they may change or disappear without notice. Anything that happens inside a game frame is governed by that host's own terms.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that a given game will work, that the site will be available, or that saved scores will survive — browser storage is cleared by the browser, not by us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or of any game reached through it.
Intellectual property
The page layout, written descriptions, tips and FAQ text on this site are ours. Game titles, artwork, code and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
