Run 3 — gravity-shifting tunnel runner, free online

Run 3 does something no other runner does: when you step onto a wall, the wall becomes the floor. The tunnel rotates around you, and the hole you were about to fall into is suddenly a wall you can run along.

How to play

Run forward automatically, using left and right to move and Space to jump. Stepping onto a side surface rotates the whole tunnel, which is both the main mechanic and the main way to save a doomed run.

Tips & tactics

01Falling into a gap is optional. Rotate onto a wall instead of trying to jump every hole.
02Look at the tunnel shape ahead, not at the tile under your feet.
03The Runner is easiest to learn; the Skater carries speed but slides into holes.
04In Explore mode, a failed level still unlocks the route — keep pushing forward.

About Run 3

Run 3 is the third and best-known entry in the series, built around a tunnel that reorients every time you touch a new surface.

It has two modes: Explore, which is a mapped campaign of levels, and Infinite, which is a straight endless run.

FAQ

What is the difference between Explore and Infinite mode?
Explore is a level-by-level campaign through a mapped tunnel system. Infinite is a single endless run that gets harder as you go.
How does the gravity switching work?
Running onto a side surface makes it your new floor and rotates the tunnel around you. It is the intended way to cross gaps, not a glitch.
Which character should I use?
The Runner for control. The Skater is faster but much harder to stop, which matters near holes.
Does Run 3 still need Flash?
No — this is the HTML5 build and runs in any modern browser.
